"Last minute hotel? No problem!"
I needed to find a last minute hotel for my family of 4. My employer offers benefits through Lifemart/Tickets at Work. Using their website I was easily able to search hotels & compare all of the offers. Once settled on the hotel, the booking process was quick, easy, & efficient! My confirmation email arrived right away. Super pleased!

they cancelled my car rental without any explanation. all the phone reps are outsourced to India and are hard to understand.
"Worst website and customer service"
Everything about booking travel is a mess. Go elsewhere and save yourself a migraine. Customer service is the worst. They don't care. God forbid you need to cancel a refundable reservation. You may have to wait days and by that time, it's too late and no refund. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!

"Tickets will get cancelled."
I booked a flight for a trip. I didn't get the E-ticket from ticket at work. Fast forward to today, they never book the flight. I called customer service but they lack in sympathy. They gave me a lame excuse that my credit card got declined but have in mind that I was able to purchase a ticket after I purchased this one. Second rep. Stated that they couldn't book the flight bc the price changed. You have roughly 8 minutes to book your flight. And the price should not change when you're ready to pay. Now, I don't have a plane ticket and the prices are $150 more, and they refuse to help. DO NOT USE THEM.

"Feel like companies should stop their business with TicketsatWork"
Specifically Tripplanet. I had to do tripplanet's job in figuring out why southwest has not issued me a refund for a cancelled flight in March, but turns out southwest had issued a refund since January. 3 months has gone by without any updates from tripplanet, and when I finally reach out to tripplanet about my refund, it has been close to two months now they have not issued me a refund. They keep saying "it's innitiated and you will receive it within 24-48 hours", but that was 2 weeks ago and no updates. I believe they try to delay the refund until you give up. Will not be using this service again and legal action should be taken at this point.

"Refused to give refund"
I purchased tickets to Seaworld Orlando. I purchased it on my phone. I hit 4 tickets instead of 1. I called them immediately when this occurred. I was told no refunds or exchanges. I then purchased the one ticket from another card. The 4 tickets were never redeemed. After submitting information to the company. I was then sent an email saying sorry we still can't give you a refund. After speaking to someone as to why I was told the partners denied the request. I asked who are the partners they said they didn't know. This is very fraudulent to keep someone's money. I do not live in Florida I will never use those tickets. I just want my money back.

"Please read this before booking"
If there is less than 1 star I will give this site. while I made and submitted my reservation. my bank declined the process thinking its fraud, after I checked with the bank they asked me to ask the agency to reprocess, and when I call Tickedatwork they told me I need to refill the information again. I was on the phone with the bank to make sure they will not decline for the second time. and my husband tries to enter the information for the second time before the price goes up. The next day I found I made a mistake with swiping 2 letters in my name and this in less than 24 hours. we call to fix the name but they ask to cancel and rebook, I ask I don't mind paying $100 extra but not canceling, but they refused. I did and I tried to book for the third time but their system does not accept even with different credit cards, because their system takes hours to delete previous bookings as they said. The next day I booked through the phone new tickets with an extra $300 more than the one that I did with the wrong name. so they force me to cancel so I will pay more. The next day the price dropped by $300, I asked to match the price they said I have to subscribe for a $20 purchase guarantee. I asked that while I am booking through the phone to add this option but the agent said she doesn't have access to this only online. All that in less than 24 hours. I am disappointed with their service in my first experience with them. this site instead of helping and making your work easy, they are care for money, money, and how to make you disappointed and upset that you choose them. if there is less than 1 star I will give them NIGATIVE FIVE STAR.

Regards to the reply message, I called them, it's just a waste of time. more than an hour speaking to 2 agents, transferred to the manager Jason. He offers me a voucher for $100 to use at any time. I won't use this website anymore.

"WORTHLESS"
This site is the WORST! By the time you finish paying all of the hidden fees you end up paying more! The most I've gotten was $2 off an aquarium visit. This site is almost a slap in the face to people that work with the travel industry. There are no incentives on using the site.

You can Google anything, and find better deals than here. Lenovo tablet, $10 cheaper on Best Buy, Good Chop box service, $30 better of a deal on a coupon site, and yes, I tried the code and it worked. I could go on and on, but I digress.

"No help! Refuses refund!"
I had to buy the tickets in order to get the number to call for reservations. I bought the tickets and immediately called for a reservation and was told they was no availability and ticketsatwork refuses to refund my money even though I called the same day I purchased it in fact I called to make the reservation was told no and immediately called ticketsatwork for a refund.

"Suspicious"
I called the customer service asking about cancellation just out of curiosity on booking a hotel and gave me the answers on what I wanted and walk me through on booking a reservation and proceeded to have me booked it through the phone and numerous times proceeded to book it through the phone with her hasn't she was so desperately to get my credit card information and saying it was the best way to go through her I didn't trust it I hung up on her and she proceeded to call me three times leave voicemails just so much an effort to get my credit card information I believe playing as the sneaky as in to book a reservation it was suspicious so I answered and asked her where she calling from and she said the Philippines has her number stated it was a Florida caller ID she was Indian. Saying she's a third party.

"Terrible Company"
I am writing this complaint to inform you of the abysmal customer service and unethical business practices exhibited by Tickets At Work. Their complete lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist me in a time of personal crisis is nothing short of repugnant. I demand either a full refund or a new ticket being issued for my family.
My Disneyland ticket (CARE-6*******6664 expired on December 30,2022. Unfortunately, our family was unable to attend due to a sudden and devastating death in the family caused by Covid. During this distressing time, the unfeeling and indifferent treatment by Tickets At Work only served to further exacerbate our pain.
Although Disneyland was willing to issue a new ticket as a compassionate gesture, they required a simple verification from Tickets At Work. This necessitated a three-way call between Disneyland, Tickets At Work, and myself to confirm the ticket information. Regrettably, Tickets At Work displayed an appalling level of indifference and flat-out refused to engage in this straightforward procedure.
The financial and emotional toll inflicted upon us by Tickets At Work's inaction is staggering. It is shocking that they have neither refunded my money nor exchanged the ticket, given the extenuating circumstances surrounding our inability to attend the park. Their refusal to cooperate demonstrates a total disregard for customer well-being and exposes their true priorities: profit over compassion.
I implore Consumer Affairs to take immediate action against Tickets At Work for their despicable behavior and to hold them accountable for their actions. Case number CARE-******* (*******) deserves your prompt attention, and I expect a resolution that either involves a full refund or the issuance of a new ticket.
Companies like Tickets At Work must not be allowed to exploit and mistreat customers without consequence.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a swift and appropriate resolution.

there is always a glitch. there is always a misery after buying through ticketsatwork. there is always a bait and switch, end up paying the same or even more and other stresses through ticketsatwork.
