"Frustrating to Use"
I had a rough time trying to use TicketsatWork. The pages felt cluttered, and it just wasn’t easy to find what I was looking for. The prices and options weren’t super clear either, so I kept clicking around in circles. Maybe there are good deals on there somewhere, but the website just made it too annoying. I ended up giving up after a while.

Used it to grab concert tickets and, surprisingly, the seats it showed were actually available. Checkout was smooth too, no weird nonsense. Only annoying part was that updates felt a little slow sometimes, which is kind of a pain in the ass when you’re trying to lock in tickets fast.

I had to wait a few days for my refund — I think it was around three or four days, maybe a little longer, I can’t remember exactly. Support did get back to me though, and the money eventually showed up in my account. Overall, okay experience.

I tried buying tickets, the payment part was kind of a headache. My card got charged, but the order didn’t show up right away, so I was just sitting there like, okay, did this actually go through or not? It took a while for the confirmation to come in, and support wasn’t exactly fast either. The prices were fine, nothing crazy, but the whole checkout process made me nervous. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah, I don’t really feel like I trust it now.

“A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.”
